Davie S. Huddleston

Davie S. Huddleston has a diversified career that includes extensive community service. After retiring in July 2016 from PNC Financial Services Group with 20 years of service, he became an Adjunct Professor and Executive in Residence at the College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh.
Huddleston teaches human resource management and is the principal professional advisor to human resource majors. He also serves as coach of the undergraduate Roberto Clemente Multicultural Business Association.
While at PNC he held roles as the Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion and the Director of Strategic College Recruiting. Prior to PNC, he held human resource positions with the Pittsburgh Mercy Health System, Chase and Johnson & Johnson.
Davie’s other career opportunities included Major in the U.S. Army and high school teacher in the Baldwin-Whitehall school district (Pittsburgh). During his career, he has lived in Kentucky, Maryland, Hawaii, Arizona, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
His education includes a B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. from Southern Connecticut State University.
Davie is currently a member of the Regional Asset District Advisory Board; Vice Chair of the Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Trustee Board; and the Alumni Advisor to the University of Pittsburgh Omicron Chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and President of the Alpha Omicron Lambda alumni chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
He has two daughters, a granddaughter, and two grandsons.
