The University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration was ranked as a top value business program in Pennsylvania in 2020 by Poets&Quants, a leading website for business education programs.
The ranking is based on a five-year return on investment that calculated the average total salary of business students five years post-graduation versus the total in-state tuition of the program.
Pitt Business ranked ahead of other Pennsylvania schools, including Carnegie Mellon University, Villanova University, and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
“Our state ranking by Poets&Quants confirms that Pitt Business is not only one of the nation’s top business experiences for undergrads, but that our graduates can enter the workforce knowing that their starting salary will get them out of debt sooner than their peers,” says Anthony F. Rodi, interim associate dean of Pitt Business.
This ranking comes on the heels of Pitt Business being ranked the #12 Best Public Business Program in the United States and #1 Best Public Business Program in Pennsylvania by Poets & Quants.
“Continued success in the rankings confirms that Pitt Business students can confidently take their lessons From the Classroom, To the City, To the World,” says Rodi.
