Do I have to choose to live in the Pitt Business Bruce Hall Living Learning Community?
It is not required that all business first-year’s live in Bruce Hall. However Bruce Hall is a great way to begin implementing yourself into Pitt Business. About half of the Pitt Business first year’s live in the Bruce Hall Living Learning Community.
I really want to live in the Bruce Hall Living Learning Community. Will I get in?
The Pitt Business Bruce Hall Living Learning Community will fill up quickly, so if you want to be given the best chances for placement in Bruce Hall, complete your housing application early. You will also want to make sure you do not miss the LLC page of the housing application. This page will request that you indicate your interest in Bruce Hall, and how high of priority it is to live there.
Can I live in the Pitt Business Bruce Hall Living Learning Community with a non-business roommate?
Maybe. Bruce Hall is prioritized for Pitt Business students first. If you choose “RoomSync” with a non-business student we will still consider your request, but will continue to give priority to Pitt Business students.
Can I participate in Pitt Business Bruce Hall Living Learning Community programming if I don’t live in Bruce Hall?
While we have a lot of great programming for our students outside of Bruce Hall, the students in our community do have some specific Bruce Hall Living Learning Community only programming.
What does Bruce Hall look like?
Bruce Hall offers suite-style accommodations. Suites include a common room where students can relax together or study, as well as bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette. In addition, Bruce Hall features space for classroom lectures, special events, and projects.
